About us
Argos Project Management supports its clients in the management of architectural and/or technical installation projects. Be it executive management or project management in (large-scale) renovations and conversions, the preparation of (multi-year) maintenance budgets or sustainability issues, Argos has the knowledge and experience to make such projects succeed.
This knowledge and experience at Argos was gained by project managers who have a sound track record in the areas of investment management, real estate management and the supply side. In carrying out their assignments, Argos project managers not only have an eye for the technical side, but also for the commercial aspects that apply in the realisation of projects: achieving good communication between the parties involved, looking for creative and cost-efficient solutions and overseeing the long-term consequences of choices made.
Reference projects
Project Director
As Project Director, Argos fulfilled the role of intermediary between investor and construction team in the large-scale renovation of a big office building. By monitoring the construction process critically, the interests of the investor were served during the design process and in the realisation phase.
Bank Monitor
Argos fulfilled the role of Bank Monitor on behalf of a foreign financier during the renovation of two hotels in Amsterdam. This involved monitoring the planning, quality and budget during the renovation, hence providing the foreign financier with certainty concerning expenditure.
Advisor
Argos advised and supported a Dutch investor in the creation of MJOPs (multi-annual maintenance plans) for a large part of the portfolio. The MJOPs are prepared on the basis of desk research and on-site inspections.
Project Manager
For a large-scale office complex, Argos issued a tender for the removal of the previous tenant’s installation package in part of the building and replacement of the ageing chiller, central heating installation and associated control technology. By subsequently installing a new modular ceiling system, renovating sanitary facilities and making a number of structural modifications in consultation with an architect, the building section was made suitable for re-rental.
